DAILY RATES INCLUDE

  • Services of a licensed professional hunter, hunting vehicles, trackers and skinners;
  • Transfer by road between the nearest commercial airport and hunting area/camp;
  • Accommodation, meals. soft drinks and Laundry service;
  • All Hunting licenses and permits - excluding CITES;
  • Field preparation of trophies and transportation to local taxidermist (South Africa).
  • A laundry service is provided (no need for excess clothing).

DAILY RATES EXCLUDE

  • Pre- and post-safari accommodation; Air Charters, additional flights if required;
  • Tours for non hunting companions;
  • Hire of rifles and ammunition;
  • Trophy fees for animals taken, or wounded;
  • The preparation, packing, documentation and export of trophies from South Africa;
  • All other items of a personal nature including gratuities.
  • Government VAT of 14%

MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

Personal medication must be brought with on Safari. If required,
hospitals and doctors are usually within 60 kilometers or 2 hours reach
of the hunting areas. The professional hunter is qualified to
administer First Aid if required. To ensure you enjoy your time with
us, it is necessary that we are aware of any medical condition, which
may affect you during your hunt. It is the responsibility of the client
to inform Buhala Safaris of his or her medical condition, allergies and
preferences. Hunters are advised to take anti-malaria medication.

LIABILITY

While ensuring all reasonable care and precautions for the safety of
clients, Buhala Safaris accepts no responsibility for any illness,
accident, death, act of God or loss arising from any cause whatsoever,
nor any expense arising therefrom. All clients are required to sign an
indemnity prior to the commencement of the hunt (legal requirement in
South Africa).

We recommend an all-over insurance policy prior to your departure for South Africa.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total daily rate is transferable
on confirmation of booking. The balance of the day rate is payable one
week prior to the commencement of the safari. Final payment due and
payable at the end of the safari by travelers cheques or cash in US$.
Day rates are applicable from date of arrival with, to date of
departure from Buhala Safaris, irrespective of activity. Rates are
subject to change. Government VAT (Value Added Tax) must be added to
certain items such as taxidermy, packing, dipping or shipping of
trophies and can be arranged for your account.

DISCLAIMER: PRICES MAY BE CHANGED WITHOUT NOTICE

Your Safari commences the day you leave Johannesburg and ends the day
you return to Johannesburg. Traveling time between concessions is
counted as a safari day.
